Where we come from

Limo Trends was founded on 16 November 2017. Its head office is in Grimbergen, just north of Brussels. From the start, the company chose a single trade: last-mile parcel delivery for businesses.

Today, 125 vans and 20 cargo bikes leave four bases every morning, in Gembloux, Brussels, Ghent and Charleroi. We deliver more than 5,000 parcels a day for major international e-commerce players, as well as for brands, retailers and manufacturers.

What sets us apart

We follow the procedures of a major operator, with the responsiveness of a human-sized team.

• Drivers checked every day: driving monitored by a road-safety app, procedures checked, one file per driver.
• No layers of hierarchy: a request in the morning can be handled the same day.
• GPS tracking on every vehicle: we know where every round is, and so do you.
• Incidents handled: another driver completes the delivery, and our broker handles the claim.

Why “Smart Delivery Solutions”?

Because our name can be confusing, our tagline says what we do: delivery solutions, built for the volumes of large shippers and for the constraints of Belgian cities, such as central Brussels delivered by cargo bike.
