Data controller

The data we receive

  • Quote request: company, name, email, phone, needs, volumes, areas, pickup postcode, source, message.
  • Job application: name, phone, email, position, preferred base, licence, availability, CV and message if you add them.
  • Online assistant: the messages you write in the conversation.
  • Audience measurement: only if you accept it, browsing data (pages viewed, referrer, device type) with a truncated IP address.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your quote request and make you a proposal (pre-contractual measures).
  • To process your application (pre-contractual measures).
  • To answer your questions through the online assistant (legitimate interest).
  • To improve the site through audience measurement (consent).

Who has access

The Limo Trends team handling your request. Our technical processors access it only to run the service:

  • Netlify, Inc. (website hosting);
  • Resend, Inc. (emailing your requests to our team);
  • Anthropic, PBC (the AI model that generates the assistant’s answers);
  • Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics, only if you accept audience measurement).

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

  • Quote request: 3 years after the last contact, unless it leads to a contract (legal retention periods for business records).
  • Unsuccessful application: 1 year, so we can contact you again if a position opens.
  • Online assistant: Limo Trends does not store conversations. The model provider may keep them for up to 30 days, for the security of the service.
  • Audience measurement: 14 months.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a readable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@limotrends.be. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
